Harold Pollock

Harold Pollock was born in McConnell, Manitoba on September 3, 1926. Pollock spent the better part of 14 years playing baseball with McConnell, from 1943-57. He was a powerful hitter, daring base runner, and he always gave 110%. Pollock was widely known as “Lefty” and “Big Harold”. Fellow Hall of Fame inductee Lorne Lilley said, ” Harold was colourful, competitive, a great team man, you could write a book about him.”
