Thor Sigurdson was an outstanding pitcher in the Interlake during the post war years. He possessed a good fast ball, a drop curve, control and the ability to exploit the opposition weaknesses. Sigurdson served as a player and coach at Eriksdale which was a dominant tournament team. Sigurdson also pitched for Warren and Stonewall in the Winnipeg Senior League.
