Fallis played in the Manitoba Junior League from 1972-1975 for both the Carman Goldeyes and the Transcona Millards. In 1975, he was selected to play in the Canadian Junior Championships by the St. Boniface Legionnaires. From 1973-1976, he played for Mayville State College & was Conference All-Star first baseman in 1976, won the North Dakota Championship in 73, 74 & 76. From 1976-1981 he played for the Binscarth Orioles in the Manitoba Senior Baseball league, where he was named North Division First Team All-Star first baseman from 1977-81. He recorded 4 home runs in one game August 1976 while competing with the Binscarth Orioles (MSBL record). For two winters, he played in Brisbane, Australia where he was third in league batting in 80/81. In 1984, he was a member of the Carman Goldeyes senior team, Manitoba Senior Champions & silver medallists at the Western Canadian Championships. He was player, coach & manager of the Manitou Braves in 1985 & 1986 and with Glenboro/Cypress River from 1987-90. In the early 1990’s, he operated the “Eclipse” Baseball School in several provinces, United States and Barbados.
